Thank you for your interest in UMCOR's ERT Team Leader Training.  This material is designed for trained ERTs to better understant the role of Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader.  This material is presented through a video that takes about 30 minutes to watch.  There is no cost, but we do ask that you register your name and e-mail address, so that we can add you to the list of Team Leaders.  If you have not been through the basic ERT training, we ask you to do that first - Click HERE for a list of upcoming training opportunities.  

Before beginning the video, you should download the Team Leader Manual and the Current Forms Packet by clicking on the links below.  We suggest that you print the entire manual (24 pages) as a reference.  The video will follow the manual and the manual will also serve as reference when you do the deployment.
